PHASE TWO: Detail Assessment
  • Contact one of our Customer Service Representatives.
  • Ask for a FREE ACCESS CODE to assess this product.
  • Share your access code with other administrators.
  • Identify your decision-making team.
  • Consult with the Career and International Offices on campus.
  • Ask for 30 minute Online Demonstration meeting (optional).
  • Ask for a Q&A meeting with Jean-Marc Hachey (optional).
PHASE THREE: Decision-Making
  • Identify the final decision maker.
  • Contact the BIG Guide Customer Service Representative to reserve your discount level before sale expiry deadline on Oct 31 2008. (Grace period allowed with your soft commitment to purchase).
  • Secure funding.
  • Sign agreement.
PHASE FOUR: LAUNCH ON YOUR COLLEGE WEB SITE
  • Identify your implementation manager.
  • Assemble the following:
  • Decide on student registration model (most often based on student’s school e-mail address).
  • Assemble school branding material: your logo, acknowledge funder(s).
  • Set up My School section: School Announcements, School Links.
  • Identify My School Managers (1 to 3 college staff).
  • Identify link locations for The BIG Guide Online on your Web site.
  • Develop a college marketing plan with our help (For extensive help, see Marketing Campaing).
  • Pre-launch training (30 minutes or less) for implementation manager.
  • LAUNCH DAY (24 hours from contract signing).
  • On-going technical support for implementation manager.
